-EVEN WHEN "launch without battleeye" is REPEATEDLY selected as the default option
I've tried that one, even that doesn't work which is confusing the hell out of me, I tried rebooting both steam AND the PC too but it still demanded I install Battleye before it would even boot
I'm gonna sound like a complete idiot here, but where/how would I find that option? xD I spent a significant portion of time yesterday trying to Google this issue before making this to no avail. Also not sure if it makes a difference but this is legit a fresh install, like the entire PC is 2 weeks old fresh install, and I haven't touched ASA at all til last night since downloading/installing it so I'm not sure like...how, I could have disabled it? Not that I'm doubting the answer just, genuinely not sure where the option is and/or how I ended up unticking it or what have you
most people when debloating a new pc disable services to speed gaming machines up
thats my best guess
if you "del /q "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye\BEService.exe""
and battle eye installs and ark boots correct then i can guarantee you have disabled the service
That helped a ton, think I got it working nice and good now, cheers y'all! :D
