New bonus levels are not applying

Ok so i transferred to aberration with my lvl 155 char.
Brought with me a lot of htech, rexes, pyromanes, etc
Built a base
Found all the new notes based on a tutorial = +5 levels. But my max was still 155. weird, but i thought lets wait until ascension.
I converted my bred megalosaurs, and with some pyromanes too, i entered rockwell, and beat it.
Ascension happened, i got my new implant, all the info there, still lvl 155.
I ate a mindwipe, i had 174 points to spend.
After i spent 154 of those, the blueprint screen appeared and i cannot spend the last 20 points.
Does anyone know WHY? And how to fix this?

i hope it is a widespread bug so they fix it :D

wildcard posted a update that says to please not do the bossfight as it is currently bugged atm.
the boss timer is suposed to wait out a minute before ascending allowing you to claim loot as well

yeah no loot as well. :D that could be the reason.
