Reaper timer jumping around

Sometimes when I log off or reboot the server (yes after saving the server) the reaper timer will jump backwards. Just now, it finally hit 0 and nothing happened. I relogged and it was at an hour and 15 minutes. What the ♥♥♥♥ dude??? Is there a way to force it to 0 or force the birth immediately?

I had to abort it, it just kept getting stuck on 0:00 and jumping back to an hour and 15 minutes after relogging

Happened to me as well, waited nothing, relogged and waited a second timer out and still nothing. This fookin game. ><
