anything else and it wno't work right. water/foliage physics are still taking up about 30fps too, so turn that off if you can handle the bushes not wiggling as you walk through.
i'm playing at 1080p on all epic settings with a 3800x/2070s/32gb RAM on an NVMe. if you set it all up right, it works pretty well, but that water/foliage is still too stupidly espensive
