Any experiences with hosting premium mod maps?

I was wondring, if I buy a premium map and want to rent or host a server: Do servers get free access to host those maps? You can't really buy it can you?

A server can set any of the premium mods on the server whether the server owner has bought them or not.

The issue is you cannot join unless you have purchased every premium mod that server is hosting, including the premium map. This goes for every single player who wishes to join.

So if for example you wanted to join my server you would need to purchase Primal Nemesis and Froglar Premium.

I don't agree with how this is setup at all, I think only the person hosting the server should have to buy the licenses.

Personally don't care much about wether other players need a license or not. I would only host for myself. Just wanted to make sure that I don't have to buy the map twice
