Long input lag

Could someone please assist, I'm running a 4060 and was doing great on High setting until I updated last night and now I have 1- 2 seconds of input lag no matter what my settings are this includes the title screen, single player and my server. I need someone smarter than I to help, greatly appreciated

They removed Nvidias FG and put a child of stupidity called FSR instead. You can disable this miscarriage of technology in game.ini as there is no option to disable it in menu.

idk if you still have this issue but "view bobbing" was the issue for me
