by law? lol. the game is early access and there is really nothing you can do by law. the game does work, or doesnt it work at all? there is no gurantee how many FPS some people get, easy as that. sure, the game is not optimized, but its really playable on mid/high settings.

All software companies in Europe, the United States and Canada (NATO countries) are required by international trade law to list system requirements for the software. If it doesn't work within those parameters, and customers bought the product, they can be fined (on a daily basis). And lawsuit options are available in most countries.

The terms "early access" do not open a door to circumvent international law. It's just a Steam title to cushion the blow of negative feedback and allow dev teams to have a fake excuse as to why their software sucks.

well, they do list the requirement, but it doesnt need to tell you how good or bad a game runs. some people are okay with 20-30 fps, and some need like 144+. nothing you can do i fear, and you never know if people have setup their machine correctly.

i used to use mediocre rig for evolved and ran pretty damn well and now im on pretty damn good rig ascended is worse optimised then evo by far and never runs properly cant wait for unreal update if ITS EVEN TRUE ABOUT IT

evolved ran also pretty bad back when it was released on the average pc that people had.

LOL We've been waiting since Ark Survival launch for optimization. It never arrived. It never will.

There were actually a lot of optimizations added to Ark: SE just people didn't notice because it was a few fps here and a few fps there.

I started a month after the game launched, maybe you started later on?
