Shading and Lighting

I'm curious to see if anyone else is having this issue? my light shafts and details are all pixelated... My guess is that it is just Aberrations horrible lighting because I have everything maxed out on settings.

System i'm running is:
i7 14700k
Asus Rog Strix 4080 OC
64GB DDR5 Ram

Same here it looks terrible, and i have found no way to turn them off.

For me using DLSS seems to be the problem, after i turned off my my game looks better, but my problem was the flickering lights, textures are fine with and without dlss

for me all looks pixelated too after i start the game, but then i use in console: r.ScreenPercentage 100
Then it all looks fine and crisp
