how much memory does your video card have? Does not matter what settings you select if you hardware cant run it

Have you checked your resolution scale in video settings?? I had that happen to me once so it might just be that :-)

This happens to me sometimes when i exit full screen buy accidentally hitting F11 the game resolution changes and i have to go into settings and reset it to my monitor's native resolution.
