Dino candy is a ripoff

After giving your dino ascended candy you should have a 15% speed boost for 24 hours as described. However if you de-render your tame and then come back to open the inventory to check buffs the speed buff goes from 15% down to 5% through some kind of glitch. This has been a problem with the dino candy for a year now and they should really address this before the next event.

I'm just an advocate for making the crafting recipes available year around. I did not realize they instantly go away, and have like 130 bones just slowly spoiling, on official.
