How do I install mods using curseforge for single player?

Cant figure it out and there are no videos on it

In game at the main menu there is a mod section, you download them from there.

i know but there are other mods on curseforge and i dont know how to get them in the game

You search for them in game in the Mods List - same thing

All of the mods in curse forge you can find in the Mods List in the game. They are the same.
