Dreadmares not spawning in singleplayer on The Center

As the title says, Dreadmares are not spawning anywhere on the Center map. I'm playing on singleplayer and wondering if that might be the issue? I'm using a mod that scans the world for spawns and its finding no Dreadmares on the map, I've even wiped wild dinos to allow fresh spawns and nothing. Do I need to have Fear Ascended installed for them to spawn? I don't care to install Fear Ascended if its nothing but skins and Zombie dodos.

you dont need fear ascended, for me they are spawning without.
even i dont own the dlc. did no dinowipe but they are showing up.

just make sure your render range is at epic for the best singleplayer experience
disabling HLOD may help with singleplayer

...plus they only come out at night so only search for them then!

I'm also single player and they are spawning for me.

i am on SE in Singleplayer and they also dont spawn for me^^
scanner say at all time not on that ark
wilddinowipe and mutible restart dont help

Yeah, something is broken. Paid for this thing and can't even find it because it isn't spawning! WTF?! Very frustrating.

probably just the DLC bug, it thinks it's installed but isn't. if you untick them all, load up, shut down and then tick everything again and reload it may trigger the download to actually install. i just had to do it

you paid for the horse itself.... did you also pay for the spawn area?

You need to buy the spawn area DLC for it to be able to spawn, then since you paid for it you can tame it... But you still need to pay for the saddle DLC to be able to ride it so......
