Skin rendering issues.

I got ASA as soon as it was available and I notice that my characters always looked dark-skinned in game. The issue persists...

It doesn't matter what skin color I pick; the skin always look dark in-game.
I tried making a pale redhead and her skin came out brownish; not golden tan or orange tan, noting like that. Is it a HDR rendering problem? How can I fix it?

I don't think the devs would intentionally exclude pale skin colors; doing so would be racist against light skinned people...

Is there a graphics setting or shaders mod that fix skin rendering?
