new map, how is it?

Honestly, imo it's not worth trying unless you really like The Center map and wanna play on it.
Floating trees and foliage, all dull colored. Barely any snow in snowy area unless you're on the mountains.
The map feels rushed even though it was delayed.

Sure, if you wanna try and tame the new shastausaurus, give it a go.

Its ok, better than old center in some ways but worse in others. Map seems more complete with proper LOD now beyond the map borders but they ruined volcano island and made it just like every other part of the map with a bit of lava spread around.

Seems to run worse than Scorched or so says my friend with a potato PC.

The center is chit, but "aberration" is going to be worse, a real aberration because they are going to update UnrealEngine and add a new map at the same time, that mean, crash, crash, crash , rollback, crash and bugs atleast the first week

I have seen a tree or 2 floating sure. Map is still Early Access and I am sure there are updates to come.
Now for the improvements.......where to start? Everything truely looks so much better. The original Center map looked as old and outdated as the origina Island map. This version of The Center though is so much better. Spawns are better, foliage is so much better. The update to Unreal 5 really did this map true justice. If you liked the original The Center map but felt it was too outdated looking after the other maps released give this one a try.

I like the new center, however they destroyed the lava area turning it into yet another generic jungle with some lava pools.

Other than that it looks fantastic.

It is a fact that there is floating trees and foliage, I've seen it in at least 3 different spots.
Sure it might not seem like much, but it kind of removes immersion for me.

Don't be a douche and dismiss other peoples opinions just because they are different from yours. Thank you and goodbye.
