Easy Mode Boss fight?

Question for who knows. Selecting Easy and changing no sliders when i level up a tame say 30 to 50 levels in attack all of my tames do around 2200 - 8000 damage to most dinos... I've been looking for videos on what stats are needed to fight bosses (and win) and everyone has selected hard mode and does their videos based on that. However no one says what attack power and health should be on easy... or even dino levels.
