Are all tekgrams usable on the center?

This is potentially a stupid question, but I swear I remember hearing at one point that items like the cloning chamber and the transmitter could not be used on the center because they couldn't be unlocked there. I've used tekgrams from other maps on the island before and they all worked perfectly fine, so I don't understand why it wouldn't work the other way around, unless I just misunderstood what they were saying. Either way I've never been able to confirm or deny this, and I plan on moving my base to the center, so I figured it would be important to clear this up

You can use all the tek on the center, the problem is that you can't unlock all the tek on the center

the arena on the center is spider and monkey

but you unlock the transmiter and cloning chamber killing the dragon
