Is taming broken?

So i tryed taming a bunch of creatures on my SP server,with taming speed up to 100x and yet after a full hour some of the low lvl creatures are still at zero taming :(

Is this so very broken atm or what?
And yes disable taming is turn off.

not sure 100x is a viable setting, have you tried it at like 7x speed?

I think with taming speed the lower the number makes it faster. try dropping it down to 0.05

dino food eating factors into it also so if thats set to where they never eat that could be whats making it take forever

And please make sure that you do not try to tame passive tames that way. It happens to the best and there are mods that change how you tame creatures.
If you are unsure, try the awesome spyglass mod or something like this. It will tell you, how you tame stuff (KO/passive).

Will try that,i had to use forcetame cheat to tame anything.

I tryed to tame a ptera/carno/raptor and nothing. feed them even their favo food and a hour later still zero.

I did noticed most of them had abnormal big hunger,which setting in SP do i turn this off for wild creatures?

Nope still nothing,i just force tame everything atm on my SP server. Another wise i cant tame anything.

here , try this

tamingspeedmultiplier , according to my brother it's the higher the faster. ours is set to 100 and it's pretty much instant tame EXCEPT like gigas and that size group , then it's 2-3 bites.

he runs our nitrado server but said it should be the same for sp. dm me if you want to play on our pve server , i'll set you up with a password , we have a bunch of cool mods

No, taming is not broken.

I'm not sure if it's clear from what was said above, but creature food drain rate is important. If it's set too low then dino's won't eat often and taming will take a long time. I recommend this be set to 1.
