Single player Scorched Earth Megatherium Spawn?
I'm having trouble finding megatherium on scorched earth on (single player/non dedicated). I've tried dino wiping twice and flying around the map but cant find any spawning anywhere? even starting a new game, looking at spawn areas and youtube to no avail. Have they been removed from the map or is it just me?

I've seen some on the unofficial server I play on so they are there, some creatures are not as common on SE so need to search a bit harder.

If I see them again today I'll drop you some co-ords where they were.
I see them pretty often in the central islands

Yep I run around those rivers on a wolf a lot and that's where they seem to turn up, mainly only on the side where green/blue obelisk are.

I've not found any Megatheriums, Moschops, or Iguanodons yet either, and only 1 Daeodon so far. Have dino wiped 3 times but don't want to wipe again (until I tame this 150 stone golem that is).

Thinking about this, I've not seen any moschops or iguanodons yet either, plenty of daedons, carnos etc. I will try again later. I know a lot of people had a similar problem on the island with penguins not spawning so i guess its single player.

thanks all

I tamed an Argy today so flew around a lot and saw plenty of Mega's in a lot of area's, moschops and iguanodons were also around.
Ive seen megatheriums between central canyon and northwest mountains(high desert), gl hunting, its a mess there wif other predators
Maybe this "spawn map" can be useful? (on the left of the map there is "select a creature")

Ah, after some testing I managed to find the problem, its because I had the -preventhibernation command line on. It seems to mess up the spawns somehow. As soon as i took it of everything worked fine.
I'll try that, but I'm pretty sure it's not enabled by default on single player.
I can't find any megathereums or iguanodons.
My experience is that they spawn after a while if you get near to Level 100.
There were one (Level 80) near the green obel. in my game. (had preventhibernation also)
But the mod dino finder can also help.

Had everywhere daedons...

Daeodons are everywhere on my server too, but I never had any problems finding megatherium.

I assume I've never seen an iguanodon because the few that spawn all get eaten immediately. Gallimimus are rare but out there.
