where do the most mantis spawn i only have seen a few of them and i need lots of organic polymer

Gotta do the map circle... Just like the island the spawns on SE have been significantly reduced for most creatures.

I was so lucky to be out hunting for them in the desert dunes & tamed a two 150's, male and female

On official I was able to tame a pair of high level mantis from caves (145 and 150). I don't know if it's their intentions but the cave mantis were tameable

they used to be all over SE in packs of 4-6, now they are scattered and in pairs.
