Ark server host
Which is the best ark server host? and why.
I have used Nitrado previously, but it had gotten worse overtime.
Any thoughts?

Rent a vps and run multiple servers for so much cheaper. Only problem is alot of players don't search with the Show Player Servers option ticked im sure, as when i was with nitrado i had so many more players..

The best would be self hosted but is the most costly.

I dropped $28,000 for a brand new server build March 2024 for ARK hosting. Self hosted on latest generation hardware for 96 core / 192 threads @ 4GHz, 1536 GB DDR5 ram, full nvme array at 15,000 MB/s read and writes...

Most people let alone companies do not run that hardware tier though.

Owning the hardware is cheaper in the long run after 2+ years of renting.
