New Update Lag?

Ever since the newest update last night, 5/8/24 into early 5/9/24, my entire game has been insanely laggy. The only time it's manageable is inside my actual building base, outside of it i can't even turn my camera without it lagging. When I get on or near my tames it's frames galore. At one point I timed how long my game froze just from opening my inventory and it took almost 2 minutes. Flying a short distance away to a loot crate and my game froze for 4 minutes. I didn't experience any lag raising a wyvern before the update, after the update it's been unbearable to play even 30 minutes. I haven't tried it on the Island yet only on scorched. Is it just the wyverns? Possibly the map? or is it just the entire update as a whole?
EDIT: I'm playing on the lowest graphics as possible, i checked for all updates on everything on my pc. The clouds and fog are all grainy and straight up individual pixels. Everywhere across the map besides inside my actual base building is just pure lag even sometimes inside my base. I've tried flying out of distance to see if it was just my base, I've put all the unneeded tames into cryo's and that helped for a split second and then the lag just started back up again. Also, unregarded to the update for some reason it's impossible for me to join public servers. If i do somehow manage to get into one after 30 minutes of constantly joining and being kicked, I can play about 30 minutes to an hour MAX before i crash and get kicked and freeze up. Once I get kicked I can't join back in ever. Been that way with my pc since ASE.
