The dedicated server is not visible on the local network
I installed a dedicated server according to the official instructions, opened ports, configured a firewall - did everything that was necessary for the server to work. It starts without errors.

But I don't see the server on the local network, let alone the general list of servers. Today I read all over the Internet about this problem. All search filters are configured correctly, but to no avail.

What should I do?

I have to search each time on my server name under unofficial and press refresh before mine pops up. It also doesn't remember it as favorite.
post your bat file but mask out the server password from it

There are some long standing issues with finding servers for the first time. The problem goes all the way back to early Unreal games. (Yes, that far back.)

Go to the Steam Game Server Browser. (Top-Left, select VIEW>GAME SERVERS)
Select the FAVORITES Tab and at the Bottom-Right you will see a "+" button which allows you to ADD a server by IP address.
Press the + and a small dialogue will appear with a data field where you can enter the IP address and query port for your server.
If you are lucky, your server will respond.
At this point you are done in the Steam Game Server Browser. Close it and go LAUNCH ASA again and see if your server now shows.
Cross your fingers and make the appropriate sacrifices to the gods of internet gaming.

Good luck

This is not the first time I have encountered setting up the Ark server. Usually the problem is to see the server from the Internet. But locally I always saw my server.

Now I'm faced with the problem that I can't see my server locally. It is running on my computer and I cannot see it to connect without the Internet. This is discouraging, there is no information about such a problem anywhere, I am in a panic.
This COULD be the problem as it was for me in ASE(could not see my servers in the cluster):
You need a "NAT-LOOPBACK capable router. Basically, the modem/router my ISP provided me did NOT have nat-loopback functionality. I had to buy a new router. I ened up getting one from TP-Link and all works well now. Do some googling before you buy one if this is your issue to MAKE SURE the router you get DOES support this feature. Hope that helps.

NAT technology is not required to work with a single server. This is necessary to play on a cluster located on the same computer as the game client.
You can use "ASADedicatedManager". This will make your job easier and allow you to maintain your server just as easily.

The only problem is that others can see your server but locally it's hard to join with the list (time-out)

However, you can join him with the following in-game command:
"open [IP]:[PORT] ?[ADMIN-PASSWORD]"

Please note that it is ADMIN password and not password that you must use.

PS: maybe u had to try connect to your server with the list before run your commande
your doing the command wrong. its not the same as ASE
queryport doesnt exist for example and will cause your issue
TheCenter_WP?SessionName="Sservernamer"?Port=7779?AltSaveDirectoryName=TheCenter?MaxPlayers=70
as dumb as it sounds, make sure to not filter anything and only type in your name. Also click "show player servers". I just searched my server for 2~ hours because i accidentally left "show player server" unchecked...
