Ark keyboard issue

Hello. I hope someone can assist me with this annoying issue. Frequently, while playing Ark, some of my keys quit working. Most common are Esc, c, h and Spacebar. Occasionally, holding Alt, or Ctrl or Tab, while hitting the key will resolve this (never resolves the c and h key though). I am sure that I am doing something that causes this but I have never figured it out. This issue transcends my current setup. It has happened to me on both ASE and ASA, on multiple PCs, multiple Windows OS's, with multiple keyboards. I have gone as far as disabling the windows key and also disabled all of the "ease of access" settings on the keyboard. A reboot clears the issue for a while but it eventually returns. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I tend to alt-tab back in and out of game to get it working.

I do not understand what you meant by tool +1. alt-tab does nothing for me when this happens.

default shortcut is alt+shift. worth checking.

could be worth checking on a note pad what does write when u press those button when it bugs. i had a keyboard that wrote random stuff on q depending on what led color was on.

I tried alt-tab, but the problem persists. It only happens in Ark but when it happens, I can alt-tab out and the problem still happens; like I cannot type lower case c or h while I am on a web browser or notepad. When this happens, pressing the caps lock allows C and H to work in caps. As I said, it has to be something that I am doing. Thanks for your suggestion.
