I'm trying to set up a dedicated server cluster for me and some friends.

I can't get to show it on the ingame server list, it's only working when connecting with the ingame console.
Could you give me some help on how to get this working?
Would appreciate this a lot!!

I would recommend starting a new topic to get support for additional visibility. This topic is about advertising a specific cluster.

To answer your question though if you are not seeing the server in the in game server list or are unable to find the server when searching on the battlemetrics website you probably have blocked ports.

Refer to this site for network setup https://ark.wiki.gg/wiki/Dedicated_server_setup#Network .

You will need to open up the ports / allow both on the server firewall as well as port forward on your specific router / network firewall. Even if this is setup correctly your ISP might still prevent this working. I had to upgrade my ISP to a static IP address to allow hosting internet facing servers and get around carrier natting issues. Not every internet provider allows or supports hosting internet facing servers.
