the blueprints with "no color" allow you to craft the "object" without the needing to learn the engram.
The blueprints with a color (which is a level of quality: green is uncommon, blue is rare, violet is epic, yellow is legendary and light blue is mythic), allow you to craft an object better than the base object (the cost can be insane but the result, too!) and you can craft them as many times you want (example 19 high level saddles for your 19 megatheriums) except rare exceptions. You can craft them at the same place than the original engram would be, inventory, smithy, etc... (it's written on the blueprint)
