Yes they do. I am aware of that. What I am asking is how A Server would need to implement the DLC on it's own as well as each player on my server in order to access to the full DLC. I asked a lot of questions, I apologize for being unclear.
if you put a cowboy hat skin on a helmet, someone without the DLC cannot use it until the skin in removed.
it is hard baked into the core game so there is nothing to activate on your private server.
Lookee no touchee. Paywalled, like the Anomolocarys, and like I expect most dino's will be from now on. Just wait til it comes to PVP and only people cowed enough to shill out another $30 will have the advantage of reviving tames. Good times.
