hoe do we activate the easter event, im not seeing any mod in the mod list like with the christmas, thanksgiving and valentines, is it just an update or will it be a mod like the others?

There isn't one... it's a boosted rates event only with a command line switch to activate colors.

Yea I was super confused too. I wish they would have been a bit more specific that there wouldn't be an official Easter mod this year. The last community crunch had a picture of that tactical bunny outfit cosmetic that I thought was official but it's not. They were just spotlighting unofficial Easter related mods.
