Unable to summon Fasolasuchus in single player

I am unable to summon a Fasolasuchus on my single player scorched earth map. When I try, it says dinosaur not allowed on this map. Any ideas?

cant summon gatchas or stryders or other creatures that are in the game either. they been messing with that about 4 weeks before before scorched earth dropped. i still have gatchas and stryders in my base in singleplayer just cant summon them anymore
