You must buy ARK Fantastic Tames - Pyromane before using this issue on Steam

Hello i cant use ARK Fantastic Tames - Pyromane or ARK: Bob's Tall Tales sometimes in my steam account even though i have already purchased.

Can someone help with this ??

Yea the help you need is to cut up your credit card...

You are part of the problem just feeding greedy devs money to continue to destroy the way games work.

all I get lately with this game is just issues.

first make sure you have the dlc listed as " in you're library" if it's not then go back to the store page , there's 2 buttons 1 is add to library the one next to it says install , after doing those 2 steps if it wasn't in you're library it should be at that point.
