why does this stop installing AT THE MOST halfway through ??? Any other way to download this manually and copy to my mods ?? Ive messaged the creator and STEAM and ARK for a week.

Last patch broke mods including Svartalfheim, mod devs have to wait for the new Devkit to update their mods.
Could be out tomorrow or next week, we just have to wait.

I just brought it a few mins ago. It downloaded and installed in a couple of mins, no issue.
Could be something your end, storage or firewall ?

thank you for replying to this btw. i HAVE tried this several times and this is what i got clicking the actual 3.4 w/e gb file to download. the smaller files dload no problem

Yes that download link works, but its dloading the windowsserver 133kb file...not the larger 3.5gb map file ??? forgive my ignorance on this ??

The real mods on Curseforge are locked you only get a dedicated server script pack.
When you try and download the full pack that you are able to use they on the service they used locked the pack from being downloaded

Pretty much can't get any premium/payed mods from the mod list from Curseforge have to download them from the game it's self and when that doesn't work it's a 50/50 if it is a problem on ark or your side either server or client side. if anything try and make a firewall exception for ASA. your paying for mods unsupported by a company that barely supports the stuff it does create. Anytime the random mod devs don't update or just drop support for their mods you are screwed/
