To clarify:

If you purchase ASA, you'll (not now) eventually receive the other dlcs(sans primitive plus). They've stated they are to be staggered on release. Again that's covered in the base price they're peddling.

You cannot anything yourself personally port over from ASE into ASA. Consider them 2 separate games in this very simple regard.

Also, keep in mind that additionally they are adding for some staggered release maps, additional micro transaction "packs" that they are heavily trying to incentivize people to purchase with dinos, engrams and skins. You dont have to but given how much it will contrast your play experience to others, especially in things like pvp considerations, this really is a likelihood for those still playing the game to eventually purchase.

But as xeron stated, right now there has only been one map(the island) available to play since october. This month the center map was supposed to be the first map staggered in release but it's been shelved until Scorched Earth is at least released and even it is in question for making its April 1st intended release date(almost guaranteed there will be a delay.... or more than one with it as well). This is again because of their prioritization of work for getting it out so they can sell the Frontier Pack intended for it. And that is due to the company's ongoing fiscal accountability issues.

I encourage you to read more and do more due diligence on what all is transpiring and factor that into your considerations for getting Ascended. Caveat Emptor.

TLDR: Yes but they arent out yet but come in the future ...
The Center and Scorched Earth are the next DLCs to come.
Hopefully within the next 2 months.
