Yes, this command works. They can be spawned already tamed: gmsummon firelion_character_bp_c 200. However, I can`t find anywhere console command of shastasaurus and it`s saddle. In ASE, I looked all game files in shooter games-content-primal earth - dinos - creature name folders and searched for BP names. But in ASA everything is compressed in archives, so, I can`t find true creature and saddle name. Maybe modders can.

did you buy dlc? you have to have dlc to tame/ride etc

You have to buy the DLC to spawn it in the singlaplayer mode or so. Even if your friends buy it for you you still have to buy the DLC to RIDE IT. This dino is PAY TO WIN. Go give the worst possible reviews my guys these chinese dwarfs messed up the game.
