The Ceratosaurus spawns coincide with Carnotaurus spawns.
Not being able to find a Rex on your map does not have a single solitary thing to do with the addition or spawns of the Ceratosaurus.
Rex spawns act completely normal on all Official Servers as well as my Unofficial Server. The Ceratosaurus does not conflict with the spawn points of a Rex.
You will see Ceratosaurus just as often as you would see a Carnotaurus. That is all there is to it.
