Cross progression working at all ?

Hi, so I bought this on ps5 then heard it was cross progression so bought it on sale on pc too, no matter what I do I see no way (other than private/unofficial servers) to enable this.
on their update on X they said it was delayed on PVP servers only .. im playing on an official pve server but the information is impossible to find . Is there a way to enable this or have they actually disabled ALL official servers not just the PVP ones as they stated? I really want to play on PC too, but not a whole new game , and not the reason I paid for it a second time..
