Resources are not respawning in Singleplayer

Looks like one of the patches this month prevent all my resources from respawning all over the map. Resource respawn Interval is at 0.5 (should be 30 minutes), but all gathered metal, crystal and oil nodes do not respawn since many hours.

It's been a long known problem since ASE that if you save and log out while the resources are not spawned in singleplayer it makes them take ages to respawn for some reason[it also just seems to reset the respawn timer]. They do eventually respawn but it takes a long time even with the interval really low. [it's only really a problem for obsidian for me at my settings]

it hasn't been a problem for SP in ASA. if anything, stuff spawns back too quickly. you can clear an area and it will be 100% ful again in 2-3 days on default settings

I've just had trouble getting obsidian to respawn on ASA, but i think it just naturally takes a long time. Probably also depends on how long the play session is and if you've visited the area in that time. I just know the obsidian in the volcano and on the ice in the north will only respawn rarely for me and only a few nodes per time, but it DOES eventually do so. Metal and crystal [and oil rocks and clams] respawn fine for me though so maybe obby is just really slow.

This is the first time I'm facing this issue. Never had that in ASE in Singleplayer before. It looks like every resource at any point of the map is affected, because Silica Pearls also are gone forever once harvested.
