Solution for anti-aliasing, destroyed the quality and stability after the recent update.

After the most recent update the change to use a new form of anti-aliasing, created a graininess and artifacting effect while using DLSS on all settings. Running on medium high settings previously I was running between 40 and 50 frames per second. Without changing any settings I'm now below 20 frames per second. I'm low I'm still running at 25 frames per second, in the video control panel I overrided the games anti-aliasing and using the videos anti-aliasing and saw slight improvement in quality, but my frame rates are just horrible almost unplayable. I have 500 hours playing just fine and in one day the game is unplayable and crashes nearly every 15 minutes.
