Dear Jane broken ascension levels from notes?

I finished finding all of the explorer notes on The Island and didn't unlock the levels. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Is it a bug or is it due to SE releasing potentially this week or next? Is it caused by Dear Jane? Hoping someone has found information regarding this.

same same, my steam shows I found all note but still not unlock Max level.(include DEAR JANE)

Same thing to me, this must be what the problem is. I got the Jane note too! They best fix this, having to complete all the scorched notes is bs if you actually beat the release!

Did you all get the dossiers of all the four bosses? You can see it in the extra dossiers for the bosses. I got only the dossier of the Overseer, not the three others and you need those. For me it worked, when I killed the boss by myself... you have to be the one (or the dino you are riding on) who makes the last hit on broodmother, megapithecus and dragon... then you unlock the dossiers...

Yeah a bit annoyed after spending time to collect every note, including some of the "???" ones that people who have unlocked the levels, don't have .. whats going on wc? Please fix this before SE comes out..

I made a post about this a few days ago. Exact same issue. Can't log a ticket with WC as they just say they are not looking into anything but Code of Conduct and ban issues.

As Chupsi said, Look at your guardian notes. You probably didnt get the ones from the other bosses. Go back and do the bosses you missed and call of your dinos before you kill it. YOU MUST NOT HARVEST THE BOSSES BODY. You have to then go up to the body to get the note. Then you can harvest it. This happened to me and this I how we fixed it.
