You make it sound like you think you're the only one, or one of few who has this problem, and let me tell you, you're not.
I've also tried all the methods you mentioned, and more.
Like;
- launching the game as administrator
- replacing the dlss file with an older version
- playing without battleye
Nothing works. And as it stands, it's straight up unplayable, and we're not the only ones.
And to whoever actually plays this game without ANY issue; I beg you to tell me your secret.

I made 2 bug posts there and both have been fixed.
only 99999999999 to go.
I've got a 3900x cpu, and 32Gig of RAM and I'm using a 6900xt Red Devil build GPU.
The game ran rough as all getout for me on High settings (not even Ultra), in the beginning, which was nuts.
Here lately though, I have not been getting crashes (only once last week, during about a 6 hour session, when melee killing a trilobite) and I havnt crashed otherwise. In the first week of launch, I was crashing every 15 minutes minimum (usually in Engram menu while spending points).
I maintain roughly 40fps with my settings custom set up, I've realized the early morning lighting effects are still rough on my setup so I've tweeked them a bit down. Im somewhere around the High-Medium end or the Low-High end of graphics if I were to describe it. Theres several bits you can tune down that actually do a massive load difference, but thats based on my experience with my setup. I tuned my settings to what several YT videos were recommending for optimizing at the time.
That said I dont play on any multiplayer maps yet, I'm only solo or, here recently, just now attempting to see if I can figure out (I never knew anything about port forwarding, just trying 1st time now) how to run a dedicated host in the background for friends to join me with no tether. That host still takes roughly 18 Gig of RAM by itself by the way. I'm positive its gonna get better for us as it gets optimized, I've got I think 2500ish hours in SE myself and I still love it as well as SA. We will get there, just hang in there and see it through.
What worked for me was turning off Hardware acceleration in windows
On Windows 11, navigate to Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Change Default Graphics Settings and enable "Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling." Windows 10 and Windows 11 come with an advanced setting, called Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling, which can boost gaming and video performance using your PC's GPU
This PC isn't overclocked, underclocked, sideclocked, backclocked, frontclocked or any of that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage. It was put together by a company with actual experience making PCs, instead of ibuypower or some jacktard who thinks they're ub3r l33t PC builder because they took the BIS list from PC Partpicker and ruined their parents' credit buying a bunch of crap that doesn't work as well as the sum of its parts. I disable my overlays on Steam and Discord, and the PC is only two years old.
I also don't expect Epic graphics and 120 FPS. I don't even expect 60 right now. It's Early Access. If they're going to optimize this now and dump in a bunch of content later, that would be beyond ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. So thank God they're not doing that.
So there's the answer you didn't want, and it's probably too many words.
tl:dr = skill issue
Devs intentionally do not interact on the steam forums in this capacity and even Cedric, communuty lead for Wildcard stated as much on twitter a couple of months ago. As others pointed out you're better off using twitter, discord and the official website in that descending order really.

Hope it helps
