Glitch snow

Just today it have been starting to appear black boxes floating around and it looks like its snow or something that have been failing to load. Someone know anything about this ?

Also Getting this myself, just logged on, and Our Base is in the snow so makes it horrible to deal with :( Flat Plane Checkerboards now. Played around with a few general settings but

Safe to say that its not our settings that are faulty but the update itself, wrote to Wildcard games to see if they can fix this.

Reinstalling does not fix this by the way, clean install same issue, we'll have to wait until they fix it.

They clearly removed/screwed up a the texture for the snowy particles raining from the mountains/floating in the air. How on earth do you remove/break such a thing? With a exploit update? HOW
Ah right.. its the same team that on Ark Survival Evolved broke the E button in a patch.
