Please help Cursor icon not aligned with whats happening in game.

So the problem is when using controller the cursor icon is not where it is showing on the screen. example to select an item on the first row on the inventory i have to have the cursor underneath it, the problem seems to get worse the lower down the screen i go. so far i have tried:

updating all controllers (the problem affects multiple Xbox/PlayStation) mouse is fine
Alt+Tabbing in and out of the game multiple times
resetting graphics to default
verifying game integrity
complete reinstall

any fix to this or is it doomed forever? i am primarily a controller user, i cant interact with the stuff in game because of this. this issue is only on ASA, ASE, it works fine

Solution: In VIDEO settings change "Window mode" from "Fullscrreen" to "WindowdFullscreen". Works for me.
