At this point the only way we can join the server is by IP.
1. Go into a single player game
2. Open the console (~ key above tab)
3. Type in "open [your server's ip]:7777" without the quotes
4. Hit enter
We're hoping that the next server or client patch corrects this but at least we have a work around even if it's a tad annoying...
Can actually just run that command from the main menu...
Oddly enough, when I dont use a password, I can directly connect using the IP.
If I do use a password, it says "password incorrect" when it's not, its a very easy password with no special characters or spaces - or it crashes the game.
I can only join my server with no password, and directly connecting.
See this page and look at the "-exclusivejoin" setting:
https://ark.wiki.gg/wiki/Server_configuration
The "Ark.UseServerList 0" command does nothing for me.
I CAN join the server using "open <IP:7777>", but ONLY if I remove the password from the server (not an acceptable solution unless I know it's going to continue not showing up in the server list). In fact if I have a password on the server and watch the server log while trying to join, no incoming connections are even detected.
Supposedly you can append "?yourserverpassword" to the open command, but it doesn't work. And still no incoming connections detected when the server has a password.
