How to enable structure clipping?
I went into my ini. files and put in bDisableStructurePlacementCollision=true and loaded the game back up, but it didn't seem to fix the issue. Any fix for this ?

Nevermind, I fixed it. It turns out browsing local files, going to ASE, then going to ShooterGame> Saved>Config>Windows>Game and then changing bDisableStructurePlacementCollision to true fixes it.
(I changed in GameUserSettings at first)
