"Servers being too full, Ping being high despite my good connection"

I run the game on my pc, as well as it being plugged into my router. But yet I haven't been able to join one server with good ping, and the ones that say they have good ping are either full and unable too join, or they will say its good ping like low 30 and then when I join the game it jumps up to like 140. Doesn't matter what server I try. I've tried everything possible on my end it has to be something on there end. My friends are experiencing that issue as well so we all got back on ark survival evolved until it gets fixed. Was wandering if anyone else was having those issues?
