Switch characters?

Used to play ASE a while ago on xbox one. Was able to use game sharing and second account to have a second crafting character on the same map in my tribe even. Is there a way to make more then 1 character and switch between them?

You should be able to upload characters to an obelisk or loot drop crate and switch between them on the same map. If you are playing SP or on your own server I think there is a console command to add a player to a tribe.

I recall there being a time limit on how long something can be uploaded to an obelisk. Could lose dinos and chars when switching servers. But server switching is not enabled yet in ASA. Is the time limit still a thing?

I don't know about time limits, in SP there doesn't seem to be one.

Wondered up to an obelisk and fiddled with it on official. Couldn't find and option to upload anything. :(
