cryopod bug?

Last night I cryo'd up a bunch of breeders in my single player world and put the pods in the cryofridge. Shortly after I logged in this morning I got a death message for one of the tames i THOUGHT was in cryo. Turned on location for one of the breeders and ALL of them were somehow in the middle of the redwoods instead of in cryo. I got them all back to base safely (except for Millie Otter Brown, rest in piece little one) but all my cryopods are just gone and even if they weren't, I'm not sure I can trust the cryofridge (we are NOT on speaking terms right now).

Does anyone know what is happening?

i have installed a mod for cryos.. searching for most installs should get you the right mod most ppl using.. i have no probs with it and you should change to modded ark anyways.. gl and have fun

was this at 50/50, along the edge of the river north of the redwoods?

There's a "wormhole" there that seems to gather tames and structures from across the map, no clue what triggers something entering it.
I've heard of it cloning tames before, so maybe it's what happens when the game engine isn't sure where something is supposed to be.

At least you found yours. I cryopodded my freshly tamed lvl 220 Megaladon put it up in my cryopod chest and logged off, single player BTW. Logged back in a few days later only to discover that it wasn't in the chest or anywhere else. The last thing my tribe chat says is I cryopodded it. I have no idea what caused this, the strange thing is the rest of my cryopods are still there. So I don't know what happened.
