random cryo dino spawn?

ok before i start, just want to say I am on single player and I don't care if i'm cheating as I dislike getting dinos w/ all levels pumped into a useless stat that should never get levels..[i.e food]

so with that out of the way, if there a spawn command to get a randomly stated dino that the winter wonderland mod uses or any way in single player i can cheese this besides changing the time after achieving super nice? heck I'd never take a command to max super nice when i get a worthless food or in some cases oxy stated dino..
