Can't Install winter wonderland.

Has anyone heard of anything about how to install the mod when it won't install. I feel like ive done all the things and would prefer not to wait until the event is over to play.

You will need to supply more info otherwise hard to help

Do you want it for single player, dedicated server etc..?
Have you installed other mods successfully for ASA?

Single player is as easy as adding the mod from the mod section, downloading/activating/adding it to your active game and away you go, server is a little more but still an easy process.

I try to install from the mod section and halfway through it stops and says "Something went wrong. Please try again." I've tried uninstalling all mods, closing and re-opening app, un-installing and re-installing the game, rebooting my computer and still nothing. every other mod installs just fine.

same problem here i was since 2 days ago without play with that problem. cant found servers just host solo.

It doesn't have anything to do with the server. If it was I wouldn't also be having issues downloading the mod from the Mod list.

Among many other reasons, actually it does, the server can cause this to happen too. I just uninstalled the mod on my client, and connected to the server again, and it downloaded and installed perfectly. I am in game now again and I'm 100% sure it works.

If it failed, that means the issue is on your end. Then I advice you perform a network reset and see how it goes.

This is not flooding the same answer. That is merely only a suggestion to solve this for the same problem. Official servers are not stable. Tons of unofficial servers are outdated and corrupted. In order to fix the problem, you need to find it first. There are two causes, it could be server problem, or a problem from your end.

Now in your case, since you cannot find any server, regardless if it was official or unofficial, the issue is with your client, most likely a connectivity problem. To fix this, I have some ideas you can do:

1) Verify the game if you didn't do that.
2) Perform a network reset.
3) Disable your antivirus temporary.

Start the game and see if it helps.

ive downloaded it from Curseforge but no intstructions on how to install... also download is only 10mb and not 500+mb... so big difference in size
