when you say server reset are you talking about having clicked on wipe server or the stop or kill server button?
* Is the server up to date?
* no incompatible mods with server update?
* Have you checked to see if you have command line arguments and if they are correct?
* have you checked that Map Folder and Map File are correct?
* have you tried restoring a backup of your world in the world backup tab?
** try reading the logs in the ShooterGame\Saved\Logs folder
I will try to reproduct this issue in dev environment but I need more information because At the moment I can't reproduce your problem.
Hey, sorry that server reset was a typo. I mean restart and I clicked the stop server button.
The Server is up to date, I’m unsure how to check for which mods could be incompatible, I have no arguments, map file and folder are set to svartalfeim which is correct, I tried rolling the server back to multiple different back ups and lastly the log location is where I found that crash report I spoke of before. It did mention an incompatible mod but not by name, just as “incompatible mod”. Also it mentions some different file locations under a nonexistent drive which it’s why I couldn’t make sense of what I was reading. I will mention that non of the paths were relevant to mod folders.
It therefore seems that you have an incompatible mod since a recent update of the ark server. It often happens that the crashes mention non-existent paths. These are paths used by the developers which remain hard during the build probably because the exception n is not managed correctly
* To get out of this, try to delete the mods one by one and launch the server to identify which one is incompatible.
* Another possibility is to give me your list of mods present in the server folder \server\Profile\modInfos.json or upload this file so that I try to reproduce the problem

Hello,
This issue seemed to have fixed itself. I'm guessing a mod needed updating but for some reason it wasn't being pushed. Thank you for your diligence with this matter!
