hey wtf devs.. he flys over and only random people get the gifts? we went all over three bases and nothing.. wtf are we got get the mats to do the holiday stuff if we dont get a 100% drops chance

He doesnt drop over Bases, he drops random, just like normal drops

This reminds me of the 5yros in line to see Santa when the Mall finally closes. They start carrying on because they missed out. Nothing is 100% guaranteed in this world except that after a time on this planet you will move onto another relm of something.

Get Rhyniognatha, lv up full speed and you get all of them before anyopne else even if he spawns on the other side of the map
EDIT: 700-800stam is enough
