Stimulants not working on knocked out dinosaurs?

I was under the impression you could wake a knocked out dinosaur with stimulants or stim berries? Is this not the case?

Nooo. you want narcotics or narco berries. Stimulants and stim berries make them eat more faster however they wake them up faster.

They are trying to wake it up, but is finding that it is not working. I've not tried this recently, so can't comment on whether it works for me or not.
